Chris has worked in the senior living industry for over fifteen years. Chris started his career in senior living as a chef for a large senior living corporation. Chris advanced to a Food Service Director, Executive Director in Training, and Executive Director during his ten year tenure. Chris successfully led the Regency Charlotte team as an Executive Director for over five years before being promoted to Regional Director. Chris has a proven track record of survey compliance, census development, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
Chris and his wife Angela, along with their two children, live in Charlotte, North Carolina. Chris is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, and has earned two degrees, an Associates in Applied Science-Culinary Arts from Central Piedmont Community College, and a B.A. in History from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte.
